Very Good

Friendly lady checked us in. Good WiFi and the room itself was faultless.

It's not the best part of Rio, but we were one night stay only.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location near metro and beach and lots of food options incl restaurants and supermarkets close by. Good WiFi and air conditioning and very clean.

Room was very small. There was no safe as advertised.

Good room for price, excellent locations

Location, nice staff, clean.

Room a bit small but not too bad. Aircon only worked in 17 degrees, so it got cold really fast and then was hot again. it was a bit Anoying.

Check-in very professional with all information given to you. Friendly staff and location of the building are advantages. Very close to stores and food courts. Also easy and convenient access to the property and room.

Not worth it.

It was walking distance to the beach

The lady didn't understand English when I checked in. The room is too small and cramped. There was no place to move. There was no toilet paper. The refrigerator was rusty. Staff was rude. It's not worth the price you pay.

I knew that the room was going to be small but it was tiny when I arrived at there. The pictures linked to the description of the room don't show how it is. We couldn't complain because the host said the owner was not available. The staff is not very kind. They don't even smile when they talk to guests.

I may have picked up the inn at a bad time. There was no soap in the bathroom. The cable TV was not working (I ended up fixing it myself). And the bedding was very old.

Bad behavior and bad wifi

Nothing really:(

When we arrived we were told our room with terrace was occupied, so we were shown another smaller room without outdoor area. The owner denied the information we had in our booking confirmation and when we asked to get our money back she laughed at us. She was really unpolite and talked down to us and even made fun of us. The whole conversation turned out to be really unpleasant. We understood there was a mistake between the hostel and booking but the owner didn't take responsibility for anything and told us it was our problem. The situation would have been different if she´d approached us in a professional and "not-yelling" way. She didn't even say sorry afterwards. Furthermore the sheets and towels were dirty and the wifi was non-existing in the rooms and only worked shortly in the hallway. Btw the pictures of the rooms and outdoor area are misleading.

it was clean and the staff of the hotel is really kind and helpful

I was on the 3rd floor (no elevator), and right next to my room was some kind of machine making terribly loud noise almost non-stop. it was unbearable and couldn’t rest properly.

Great location but don’t expect much

The location is great. Aircon Staff were helpful Free very basic breakfast

The WiFi was terrible, and didn’t work at all for the first day of our stay. There was no water in our bathroom for the first day of our stay. Facilities are basic and quite old
